Refund policy

All of our fine art prints and wallpapers are custom made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience and will address any issues that arise as a result of our own errors.

Order Mistakes or Miscommunication

If your order arrives differently than expected due to a mistake or miscommunication on our part, we reserve the right to replace or amend the order at our own expense. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We do not provide partial or full refunds. In rare cases where an error is made by Liam Lynch Photography or our printing facility, we may offer credits or a gift voucher at our discretion.

Lost or Damaged Items

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during transit, as we have no control over the reliability of international postal services once an order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided for every shipment.

In the unlikely event that an item is undelivered or arrives damaged, please contact us. While we cannot offer a free replacement or refund, we will work with you to find the best possible solution and assist wherever we can.
