Shipping policy

Every Liam Lynch Photography product is made to order with care and precision. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. From there, our specialist production partners schedule your artwork or wallpaper for printing and finishing to ensure every detail faithfully honours the original vision.

Unframed Prints
  • Production: 10–14 days
    Unframed prints are produced and shipped the fastest ~ ideal if you need your artwork in a shorter timeframe. Prints are carefully rolled and packed in a protective tube, arriving ready for professional framing.
  • Timeline (production + shipping):
    Please allow 10–14 days from order to delivery. Regional and rural locations may take slightly longer.
  • Tracking:
    A shipping notification with detailed tracking is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Framed Prints & Stretched Canvas
  • Production: 3–4 weeks
    Framed prints and stretched canvases are handcrafted to order by experienced framing specialists, using premium materials for exceptional clarity, longevity and presentation.
  • Timeline (production + shipping):
    Please allow 3–4 weeks from order to delivery.
  • Tracking:
    A shipping notification with detailed tracking is emailed once dispatched.
  • Please Note:
    We do not ship framed prints larger than 100 cm × 150 cm due to the fragility of ArtGlass®. For larger works, or as a more cost-effective option, we recommend ordering an unframed print and arranging professional framing locally.
Wallpaper

All wallpaper designs are custom printed to order based on the exact measurements you provide.

  • Production: 4–7 business days
    Wallpaper is produced on premium non-woven material and carefully packed for delivery.
  • Timeline (production + shipping):
    Please allow 7–12 days from order to delivery. Regional and rural locations may take longer.
  • Tracking:
    A shipping notification with tracking details is emailed once your wallpaper has been dispatched.
Order Updates & Seasonal Delays
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter or major sales events, production and delivery times may extend beyond standard timeframes. If your order is intended as a gift, we recommend placing it 4–6 weeks in advance.Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow for the stated timeframes before following up, as delivery times may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Haven’t Received Your Order or Has It Arrived Damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork or wallpaper arrives safely. In the rare event that your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you promptly and fairly to resolve the issue.
