Four Fits is a bold exploration of form, colour, and perception, presenting four sharks rendered in strikingly different palettes. Each silhouette retains the unmistakable presence of the shark, yet the variations in tone and texture transform their identities — from earthy browns to stark monochrome, from deep aquatic hues to icy blues.
This artwork challenges us to see beyond stereotype, reminding us that sharks are more than predators: they are complex, diverse and essential to the balance of our oceans. By reframing the same figure through four distinct “fits,” Liam Lynch invites viewers to reconsider their perspective and to appreciate the shark’s adaptability, resilience, and beauty.
