‘Snorkelling’ ~ Joy in Motion

Snorkelling captures the playful spirit of a Sumatran elephant mid-swim, its trunk breaking the surface like a snorkel in a moment of pure, unguarded joy. Sumatran elephants, critically endangered and unique to the island of Sumatra, are highly intelligent and emotionally rich animals. In the wild, swimming is both a practical skill and a source of enjoyment. Snorkelling offers a rare glimpse into this lighter side of their nature, reminding us of the simple, beautiful moments that make conservation so vital.
